Organisational Structure

ChiYoWo Empowerment Initiative is led by a Founder/ President who provides managerial, operational and partner relations oversight. Support from our Board of Trustees and Advisory Council provides ChiYoWo with guidance in all technical areas. Further these individuals are well experienced in their respective fields and are able to leverage their credibility and their social and professional networks to ensure the best outcomes for the beneficiaries of the organization. Our staff and volunteers engage in advocacy, administrative and fieldwork in all our projects across target geographic zones.
