We are advocates for all the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with a particular focus on SDG4 – Education.
We strongly believe that quality education can serve as the bedrock for all the SDGs. Indeed, with good quality and inclusive education in place, the 17 SDGs will be embraced at an alarming rate at all levels in our communities. Right now, there is a dire need to educate children, youth, families, corporate bodies, government institutions, civil societies and more on the impact of adequate knowledge about the SDGs for development. These are enormous with direct results evident in eradication poverty, living a life of prosperity and learning how to love our planet.
ChiYoWo alone cannot impact the communities it works in alone. This is why we seek to develop strong working ties with various third parties to ensure our wider audiences become empowered and continue to advocate for sustainable development. Access to good education, jobs, health, gender equality, the use of technology, and a clearer understanding of how to manage our planet will most definitely lead to giant steps in eradicating poverty, especially on the African continent.
We teach the World Largest Lesson #Teachsdgs @chiyowoini across schools and meet with third parties to get their buy-in and advocate for more awareness of the SDGs in business sectors.
We are the Children, Youth and Women (ChiYoWo) Empowerment Initiative, repositioning mindsets everywhere we go.
