According to the World Literacy Foundation, during the COVID-19 Pandemic the following happened:
- Schools were closed down in more than 190 Countries
- The education of 1.27 Billion children and youth was DISRUPTED
- 63 Million Primary and Secondary Teachers were affected in over 165 Countries
ChiYoWo is proud to continue to serve children and youth despite the global crisis especially, on the 8th September 2020 – International World Literacy Day.
Creating strategies that highlight #valuesbasedleadership 24 speakers, 60 hours and 6 weekends, that is what it took to successfully lead 6 powerful Skills Acquisition Workshops, virtually. The speakers and participants had an impactful time.
